HBM USA Co., Inc. was founded in 1996 in New York, USA, focus on marketing Disposable Medical Devices worldwide. Because of the fast growth of the business, HBM USA started to make investments in China to manufacture all disposable medical devices in itĄŻs own manufacturing joint-ventures.
In 2001, HBM made the first investment in Guilin, China with the No. 1 Latex factory there, founded Guilin HBM Healthcares, Inc., manufacturing Latex Condoms and Medical Gloves.
In 2002, founded Shanghai HBM Healthcares, Inc. in Shanghai, China,
focus on Medical Disposable Devices such as Syringes, Infusion setsĄŻ exportation. Shanghai HBM also provide services to all HBM Distributors/OEM Customers in Logistics, Sourcing, Exporting and Quality Controlling prior shipment. Because of the advantage of the location in Shanghai, Shanghai HBM will also act as the International Marketing Division of Medical Dressing factory ¨C HBM(piaoan) Medical Dressings, Inc.
In 2005, founded HBM(piaoan) Medical Dressings, Inc., a joint venture with China No. 1 Gauze Products Factory in Henan, China, manufacturing Gauze Products, Cotton Products and Non-woven products.
In 2005, founded HBM Canada, Inc., focusing on the Canadian market, distributing all HBM disposable medical devices in Canada
